This was a two-day residential workshop.

Learning Outcomes At the end of this programme delegates will be able to:

Identify individual and team areas of strength and weakness
Clarify team behaviour
Have an increased self-awareness
Help individuals to understand how different perspectives and methods can lead to useful and effective problem solving
